Refunds policy

You are entitled to cancel your order within 7 days without giving any reason for doing so.

The deadline for canceling an order is 7 days from the date you received the goods or on which a third party you have appointed, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the product delivered.

In order to exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement.

We will reimburse you no later than 7 days from the day on which we receive the returned goods. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the order, and you will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.

1. Eligibility for Refunds

  • Refunds are applicable only in cases where the agreed service has not been delivered within the committed timeline.

  • If Nordon Tech Ltd fails to initiate or deliver the service due to internal reasons, the client is eligible to request a refund.

2. Refund Timeline

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 30 days (1 month) from the date of confirmation.

  • Refunds will be issued through the original payment method, subject to payment processor policies.

3. Project-Based Services (Application & Web Development)

  • Projects are executed on a milestone or phased basis.

  • No refund will be issued once 25% or more of the project has been completed, as significant resources, time, and effort have already been invested.

  • If a project is canceled before reaching 25% completion, a partial refund may be considered after deducting work already completed.

4. Advance Payments

  • Advance payments are required to initiate services and cover initial resource allocation.

  • These payments are non-refundable once work has commenced, except in cases where the company fails to proceed with the project.

5. Consultancy Services

  • Consultancy services are delivered within a short timeframe (typically within 1 day).

  • Due to the nature of these services, consultancy fees are non-refundable once the session or advice has been provided.

6. Technical Management Services

  • Technical management services are billed on a monthly basis.

  • Clients may cancel future services at any time; however, no refunds will be issued for ongoing or completed billing cycles.

7. Client Responsibilities

  • Clients are responsible for providing timely inputs, feedback, and required materials.

  • Delays caused by the client do not qualify for refunds.

8. Dispute Resolution

  • In case of disputes, Nordon Tech Ltd will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue amicably.

  • Refund decisions will be made after reviewing project status, communication records, and service delivery progress.

9. Policy Updates

  • Nordon Tech Ltd reserves the right to update or modify this Refund Policy at any time to comply with regulatory or business requirements.
